MEANING

The name Murakami (村上) is a traditional Japanese surname that can be interpreted as:

  • 村 (Mura) – village or community

  • 上 (Kami) – elevation, superiority, or excellence

In the context of this simulator, MURAKAMI™ represents the elevation of knowledge and technical excellence in neurovascular surgery.

It also evokes the idea of surpassing limits and mastering complex techniques through discipline and strategy.
